Vice Admiral Tom Copeman to present our keynote speech at the 2017 EAGLE Users Conference.

Raytheon EAGLE is proud to annouce that Vice Admiral Tom Copeman will be giving a keynote presentation at the 2017 EAGLE Users Conference.

Vice Adm. Copeman graduated from high school in Honolulu, HI after which he attended Creighton University in Omaha, Neb., where he received a bachelorís in Biology in 1981. He joined the United States Navy shortly after graduation and was commissioned April 2, 1982, at Officer Candidate School in Newport, R.I. Copeman culminated a 32-year Navy career in the fall of 2014, retiring as a three star Admiral.

Copeman has served aboard cruisers and destroyers in both the Atlantic and Pacific Fleets. His first assignment was as electrical and main propulsion officer aboard the destroyer USS LEFTWICH. Following his graduation from Surface Warfare Officer School Department Head Course in 1987, he reported aboard the cruiser USS PHILIPPINE SEA as Engineer officer. While assigned to PHILLIPPINE SEA he participated in combat operations in the first Persian Gulf War. Subsequent sea tours led to increasing responsibilities: as executive officer aboard the cruiser USS LAKE CHAMPLAIN and then as commanding officer of the guided missile destroyer, USS BENFOLD.

Copeman commanded the 7 destroyers and frigates of Destroyer Squadron 28 where he deployed for combat operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom in the USS GEORGE WASHINGTON Carrier Strike Group. While ashore he served in a wide variety of staff and command positions including two tours on Capitol Hill representing the US Navy to the US Senate and then subsequently to both the House and the Senate. His distinguished career culminated as the Commander of Naval Surface Forces where he was responsible for the 165 surface warships and the 60,000 Sailors that sailed in them.

Copeman is currently the Vice President of Business Development in Air Warfare Systems at Raytheon Missile Systems in Tucson, AZ.

Copeman also has a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University and has completed the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Seminar XXI program on National Security Affairs.

Lt Col Jeff Peterson to present the keynote speech at the 2015 EAGLE Users Conference.

Raytheon EAGLE is proud to annouce that Lt Col Jeff "Spanky" Peterson will be giving the keynote presentation at the 2015 EAGLE Users Conference.

Lt Col Jeff "Spanky" Peterson was born and raised in Logan, Utah. He graduated Air Force ROTC from Arizona State University in 1991 and went on to complete Pilot Training at both Laughlin AFB, Texas (jet aircraft), and Fort Rucker, Alabama (helicopters).

Lt Col Peterson has flown over 3000 hours in the HH-60G at Nellis AFB and a classified duty location, in Nevada, Patrick AFB, in Florida and also Davis-Monthan AFB in Tucson, Arizona. He has deployed numerous times overseas three of which to Afghanistan (2005, 2007 and 2008).


Lt Col Peterson is currently working as an Operational Test Pilot at the ANG/AFRC Test Center and is also volunteering as a Scoutmaster for Troop 203 here in Tucson, Arizona.

Lt Col Peterson, and his wife Penny (who is a Tempe, Arizona native) currently reside in Tucson, and have 4 boys.

Neil Jennings to present our keynote speech at the 2013 EAGLE Users Conference.

Raytheon EAGLE is proud to annouce that Neil Jennings will be giving a keynote presentation at the 2013 EAGLE Users Conference.

Neil Jennings is the Raytheon Naval Air Station Lemoore Field Office Site Manager and additionally leads Raytheonís customer service and business development efforts at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, WA. Neil has more than 28 years experience in Naval Aviation and defense industry, and is a subject matter expert in strike warfare and airborne electronic attack. As the senior Raytheon representative to two naval air stations he facilitates the exchange of information between the company and the Warfighter, while supporting 16 Raytheon product lines.

During the past eight years with Raytheon, Neil has helped shape strategy for meeting customer requirements and delivering technical capabilities to the F/A-18 Hornet and EA-18G Growler Communities. He has been involved in key pursuits in the AESA, ATFLIR, ALR-67(V)3, Next Generation Jammer, Maverick, JSOW, and HARM product lines. His efforts have helped ensure that the U.S. Navy continues to move forward on critical Raytheon programs while increasing their knowledge of Raytheonís ability to provide upgrade, repair, and logistics support.

Prior to joining Raytheon Neil served as a Naval Aviator for 20 years, flying aircraft from the flight decks of six different aircraft carriers while logging more than 900 carrier landings. During his naval career he flew the F/A-18 Hornet, F-14 Tomcat, F-16N Viper, and A-4 Skyhawk, and he served as a Combat Strike Lead, F/A-18 Instructor Pilot, Adversary (Aggressor) Pilot, and F/A-18 Airshow Pilot.

Neil has deployed overseas multiple times has flown more than 80 combat missions over Iraq and Afghanistan, one of which nearly cost him his life when six SA-3 surface-to-air missiles were tracking his aircraft over Southern Iraq. During one of his more memorable training missions he ejected out of an ailing F-14 Tomcat when it caught fire and exploded at more 650 knots. Neilís Navy career culminated in his assigment to VFA-147 Argonauts as the Commanding Officer of an F/A-18 Hornet squadron.

Neil holds a BS in Business from California State University Fresno and an MBA from California Coast University. He is also a graduate of Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN). In his spare time he works with the Lemoore Chapter of the Association of Naval Aviation, which assists in providing scholarships to graduating students from several local area high schools.

Astronaut Don McMonagle to present our keynote speech at the 2011 EAGLE Users Conference.

Raytheon EAGLE is proud to annouce that former astronaut Don McMonagle will be giving a keynote presentation at the 2011 EAGLE Users Conference.

Don McMonagle is Vice President of Launch & Test Range Systems for Raytheon Technical Services Company. In this capacity, he is responsible for leading the companyís effort to provide operations, maintenance and sustaining engineering for the USAF Space Launch and Test Ranges.

McMonagle is a retired USAF Colonel having served as an instructor pilot, test pilot, NASA astronaut, and Program Manager. He flew on three Space Shuttle missions culminating in STS-66 for which he was the shuttle commander. He completed his career in government service as a NASA senior executive managing Space Shuttle Launch Integration at Kennedy Space Center where he was responsible for the launch, landing and ground processing of 10 Space Shuttle missions.

McMonagle has held positions as Vice-President of Quality and Mission Effectiveness, and Vice-President of NASA Programs with Raytheon Missile Systems in Tucson, AZ.

A native of Flint, Michigan, McMonagle has a Bachelorís degree in astronautical engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, a Masterís degree in mechanical engineering from California State University at Fresno and a Masterís degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.

EAGLE visits with the Minister of Defense in Denmark.

Two of our team members, Mark Behrens and Greg Wieber, visit with the Danish Minister of Defense, Gitte Lillelund Bech in Denmark.

Mark and Greg are in Denmark with new customer Hydrema.

They are providing consulting services for multiple EAGLE products.

While there, they were visited by none other than the Danish Minister of Defense, Gitte Lillelund Bech.

Hydrema is a Mine Clearance Vehicle manufacturer based in StÝvring, Denmark, founded in 1959.

L3-Com Joint Operations Group (JOG) selects iLog

L3-Com Joint Operations Group (JOG) selects site license of iLog Integrated Logistics and S1000D Technical Publications solution. Logistics Business Systems (LBS) and Raytheon RTSC are pleased to announce that L3-JOG Lexington, KY have selected the iLog integrated suite of tools for the production and delivery of their ILS deliverables. iLog will be used to maintain Logistics Support Analysis Records (LSAR) and deliver S1000D Class 5 IETMs. This new capability will offer the maintainers in the field access to the latest in electronic manuals with built in diagnostics, supply chain integration and web enabled FRACAS, giving a fully 'joined up' solution to maximize the availability of the systems in the field. Doug Bickett, ILS Manager for L3-JOG said "Our new programs demand the latest versions of standards such as S1000D Issue 2.2 XML. We need to ensure we adopt solutions that will provide support for this developing standard now and in the future. LBS and Raytheon have a proven track record supporting LSA and the S1000D standard over many years. We were further convinced by the success of iLog at our sister company in Greenville Texas".

General Dynamics Canada select the iLog Integrated Logistics and S1000D Technical Publications solution

Raytheon Company are pleased to announce the selection of the iLog suite of tools by General Dynamics Canada, Ottawa. This is the second General Dynamics Canada site to select iLog for the production of ILS deliverables. GDC Calgary has been successfully using iLog on the BOWMAN program for four years.
