Maintenance Agreement
MMIS is a suite of sophisticated
software tools and web pages that are constantly being enhanced. Additional
capabilities, improvements, and corrections are periodically incorporated
into an updated version of the MMIS product, and the underlying EAGLE product.
The MMIS maintenance agreement assures that your MMIS installation is up
to date.
Each MMIS maintenance agreement
includes:
- Twelve months of support
from the data of purchase
- Software updates, upgrades,
and revisions
- Documentation updates
to the EAGLE and MMIS User's Guide
- Call-in technical support
Software and documentation
updates as well as call-in technical support are available only through
the MMIS maintenance agreement.
