Enhancements
As customers adopt MMIS to
operate their repair facility, they identify and fund enhancements to the
system which would provide significant productivity lift to their operation.
These enhancements become the baseline for the next version of MMIS, which
all customers with a current maintenance agreement receive as part of the
agreement. Thus, all customers receive the benefit of each development,
greatly leveraging their investment and productivity!
Enhancement development activity
currently underway includes:
· Repair Cost associated
with a Traveler/Work Order
· Assigning Bill
of Materials to a Traveler
· Contracts Management
· Procurement Management
· Configuration Management
(ECP/ECO Tracking)
· Initiation of Travelers
from WEBCAVS Web requisitions (and automated acknowledgement of receipt).
These enhancements, and many
others, will be incorporated in the version of MMIS scheduled for release
in early 2005. All these enhancements will be available automatically to
your users without any requirement for the users to upgrade or add any
software to their machines!
